We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet, welcome, and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude for every member who walks through our doors and as they leave.
• Support Tasks: Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as directed by the manager.
• Gym Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gym area, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for our members.
• Towel Management: Handle towels by washing, drying, folding, and restocking them as needed.
• Bathroom Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the bathroom facilities.
• Member Assistance: Assist members with retail purchases, look into their accounts for requested information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Communication: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Stock and organize inventory to ensure that supplies are always available and well-organized.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks and projects.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus, but not required.
