Role Summary:The Counter Sales Associate is primarily responsible for assisting Summit's customers over the phone or in person and works closely with the Service Center sales staff and warehouse associates to ensure a high level of customer service. Summit offers ongoing training and education opportunities as well as competitive benefits and salary packages. Exceptional service to external and internal customers is critical to the success of a counter associate. Must effectively partner with customer service representatives and warehouse associates as needed to maintain levels of excellence throughout Summit. Essential Job Functions.
