Job Details

The Director of Enrollment Systems will report to the Dean of Admissions, working closely with the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Strategy and Dean of Retention and Student Success to support strategic initiatives and serve as the primary administrator for the university residential student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. There are currently three unique CRM instances all powered by Technolutions Slate for Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and Student Success. The expectation with this role is to enhance the current system capabilities and utilize technology to support the universities goals to grow enrollment. The key principles of this job are to:1.
