The Attendant Coordinator is responsible for providing quality services to Elara Carings Personal Care Services (PCS) clients by scheduling, supporting and coordinating home and community-based services. Coordinators are expected to uphold the high quality standards of Elara Caring by ensuring compliance with established company policies and all applicable state and federal regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Employment or personal experience giving one an understanding of the issues and needs of the elderly or disabled. Two years experience in fast-paced office preferred. EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE: N/ ASKILLS: Good communication skills both written and verbal (example)Working knowledge of Medicaid, home care benefits, policies and procedures preferred.
