Position Summary:

Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Members' experience and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

What you'll do:

• Support Membership growth by delivering valuable information about Company products and services, processing memberships, and participating in various sales and marketing events.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Accurately fulfill Member orders, including Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull requests, by reviewing and pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items while ensuring invoice accuracy.
• Complete work assignments effectively by collaborating with the team, prioritizing tasks, and communicating progress while welcoming feedback and adapting to changes.
• Enhance Member service by recognizing their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving concerns, and promoting our products.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards by following established procedures and utilizing the Open Door Policy.
