Summary:

As an E-Commerce Personal Shopper, you play a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing the highest level of service. Your primary responsibility involves selecting and packaging online orders according to store policies while maintaining cleanliness in both perishable and non-perishable areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests warmly when they enter your area.
• Choose the finest quality products to fulfill online orders, exceeding company standards for service.
• Efficiently package and load groceries and merchandise into guests' vehicles.
• Assist in sorting and transferring merchandise to appropriate storage areas.
• Keep the StreetSide area tidy by gathering baskets and disposing of trash as necessary.
• Organize and replenish the stock in bagging areas.
• Provide exceptional service by answering product queries and assisting guests effectively.
• Prepare the backroom and sales floor for incoming deliveries by maintaining an organized environment.
• Safely handle heavy and bulky products to ensure order accuracy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards diligently.
• Minimize product loss through careful handling and storage.
• Meet company productivity benchmarks.
• Comply with all relevant regulations concerning product freshness and food safety.
• Utilize digital handheld devices effectively for order processing and staging.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
