Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Legal Secretary in its Portland office. The ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm. This is a full-time position. Hybrid remote options are available for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be familiar with Oregon and Washington State and Federal rules of civil procedure and e-filing in those jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, docketing in Milana experience is a plus.
  • Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills and be team players.
