This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Hotel Manager role based in Abilene, TX. The Assistant Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, managing budgets, coordinating front desk and reception activities, supporting sales initiatives, and overseeing food and beverage services. The role requires close collaboration with team members to uphold high operational standards and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to resolve guest issues and foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Experience with Budgeting and financial reporting to ensure the hotel meets financial targets
• Sales experience, including promoting hotel services and identifying opportunities to generate revenue
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality and compliance with health standards
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including overseeing front desk operations and reservations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
